Do you know a child who may benefit from a space where they can become more aware of God in the everydayness of their lives? With kids, I call this experience “holy listening”. This shared time and space uses tools for play and conversation like listening stones, wooden people, picture books, and prayer beads.

Group spiritual direction is a process in which people gather together regularly to assist one another in an ongoing awareness of God in all of life. It is a way of listening and reflecting with a community of fellow seekers on our encounters with God in everyday life.

Supervision is one director walking alongside another sharing a sacred space for the benefit of the directee. A space to bring celebrations and challenges. A space to listen together. A space where trust, compassion, and spaciousness offer a process of discovery of where the Spirit is moving. As a supervisor, I am not an expert but a companion on the journey. A companion who hosts a compassionate, contemplative, and evocative space.

Grief is hard. It can feel lonely. My hope as a grief companion is to bear witness to your journey as well as accompanying you wherever you are on that journey: angry, weary, frustrated, hopeful.
